May these guided embodiment practices below deeply serve you wherever you are and however you are currently feeling. May these practices guide you back home to a state of deep relaxation and inner nourishment as a result of gifting quality time to yourself and cultivating space to listen within.
We highly recommend setting up a sacred space for the practices below. Really make sure that you can do these practices in a safe space without exterior distractions. This is a sacred time to spend that you are spending with yourself.
You are welcome to set an intention and light a candle. Make yourself feel cozy and comfortable, bringing in as many pillows, blankets and softness as feels nurturing for your being.
If you are doing these practices in a row in a form of a truly deep immersion with yourself, we recommend doing these practices in the order as they are placed down below, or as your intuition guides you.
You are also welcome to do these practices one by one, in which ever order or how ever many times feels true and good for you.
